Alright, we were probably wrong. Our cynical post the other day suggested the hacks on the Amy Winehouse and Lauren Pritchard websites could have been some kind of madcap marketing ploy.
In the last hour, the SwagSec twitter feed linked to what they puport to be Amy Winehouse and Justin Bieber passwords.
The Winehouse download is harder to read but includes a folder called ‘fb legacy’ which seems to contain onformation on other bands, and contains placeholder text for websites.
However, the Bieber dump does indeed contain ‘fiddy trillion thou’ (their words) passwords, names, addresses, postcodes, emails, DOBs and mobile numbers.
Err, this is huge.
It seems to be entries for a competition for Bieber to play in their area, with entrants giving cringeworthy reasons for Justin to visit their area. One randomly picked example:
Because Justin is loved so much here and he's an imperation because he shows boys that they can do what they want to do if they really want it. And i think he's gorgeous :)
This dump need further trawling, but this is huge. Let’s not forget they promised Lady Gaga, Def Jam and Klaxons passwords. Say it together now: sh*t.
